It has always been produced from a careful internal selection of base wines made during a specific harvest. The primary goal of this wine is to highlight and best convey the various characteristics that each vintage has to offer.

- NOTES: Fine, persistent effervescence; deep straw-yellow color with slight amber hues. On the nose, it reveals notes of freshly baked bread. On the palate, it is remarkably well-structured and has a distinctive, enveloping quality.
