Il vino acquisisce un colore così brillante grazie a una brevissima macerazione sulle bucce direttamente in pressa. Il profumo è intenso e sprigiona notevoli note fruttate e floreali. In bocca risulta particolarmente fresco e pulito. L’ideale abbinamento del nostro rosato è il pesce, ma ancora più imperdibile è gustarlo in aperitivo.
