- INGREDIENTS: Fontina D.O.P. (milk, salt, rennet, lactic acid bacteria), produced in high-mountain pastures (60%), water, cream, cornstarch, egg yolk, melting salt: sodium citrate, preservative: sorbic acid. Made WITHOUT ARTIFICIAL COLORS. GLUTEN-FREE product;
